Privacy policy

We use no tracking cookies, no analytics, no social pixels and no tool that builds a profile of you. There are no forms either: there is no field anywhere to leave your details.

This site is operated by BlackBelt Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, trading as CodraSoft.

For anything related to your data, write to hola@codrasoft.com.ar.

The team that reads your message and does the work is in Buenos Aires, Argentina. So anything you send us is received and processed there, outside the United States and outside the European Union. If that matters to you, take it into account before writing to us.

Only what you send us when you get in touch: by email at hola@codrasoft.com.ar or on WhatsApp at +54 9 11 2507-7824. That is usually your name, your contact details and what you tell us about your project.

To reply to you and, if we move forward, to prepare the quote and carry out the work. Nothing else.

We do not sell, rent or pass your data to third parties for advertising.

For as long as the conversation lasts and, if we work together, for as long as the business relationship lasts plus any period the law requires us to keep records.

If you want us to delete what we hold, ask at hola@codrasoft.com.ar and we will.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., on servers outside Argentina. Like any web server it logs technical data about visits, such as the IP address, for security and to serve the site. Vercel handles those logs under its own policy.

Email for codrasoft.com.ar runs on Google Workspace. When you write to us, your message is stored on Google servers, outside Argentina, and Google's own terms apply to it as well.

We read it and use it only to reply to you and, if we move forward, to carry out the work.

The WhatsApp button opens the WhatsApp app, a Meta service. Whatever happens inside that app is governed by Meta's privacy policy, not by this one.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to hola@codrasoft.com.ar and we take care of it.

We handle those requests the same way wherever you are writing from, on top of whatever your local rules already give you.

If we ever add a form or any measurement, we will update this page before doing so and change the date in the header.
